- What types of amenities does Baires Rentals offer ?
Baires Rentals apartments are completely furnished, including fully equipped kitchens, linens, telephones, cable/satellite TV, housekeeping services and high speed Internet. In addition, many of our properties offer amenities such as fitness facilities.
- Where are the apartments located ?
Our apartments are in desirable central neighborhoods, downtown Buenos Aires as well as in the finest residencial areas, close to business and commercial areas. Every location has been thoughtfully accessorized to suit your special needs, with easy access to public transportation, entertainment locations and touristic sites.

- What is included in the cost of my rental ?
Our rates include the complete cost of the apartment, utilities, limited phone calls,and weekly housekeeping service. Each apartment comes standard with cookware, dishes, utensils and linens. Many include high speed Internet access. The only additional charges are for any extra services you may request

- How can I pay ?
Baires Rentals accepts Western Union cash transfers, bank transfers (deposits) made in the US bank account of the firm, Pay Pal web payments, and cash payments in major currencies (US dollars, Euros and Argentinean Pesos). We do not accept cheques of any kind.
- Where can I find the payment terms ?
The payment terms are mentioned on your booking confirmation. Moreover, all information regarding your booking appears in our website, section ´Terms & Conditions ´, chapter 3

- Is a reservation via Internet sure ?
Our core business at Baires Rentals is to let holiday apartments through the web. We make any possible effort to ensure reliability to our customers. The moment you make a booking through our website, and got your booking confirmation and rental agreement, you can rely and be confident that your booking is final
- Can I change my arrival or departure day after booking ?
After booking procedures are accomplished, the apartment is denied from any other potential customer.Thus, a change of arrival or departure date, as well as an alteration in the apartment location originated by you, may be treated as cancellation and re-booking.
- How much will it cost to revoke my booking ?
The height of the cancellation fee depends on the date you call off : a. When notification is received more than 21 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received from you are refunded, less a USD 20 cancellation fee. b. When notification is received within 21 days prior to the arrival date, the full booking deposit is forfeit.

- How do I get the keys to my apartment ?
Many of our guests are travelling from overseas. To make the transition easier, a Baires Rentals Consultant will meet you right at your apartment, ensuring a hassle free start to your stay. Just tell us the details concerning your arrival. We can also arrange your airport transfer, if you wish so, as an optional extra.
- Will there be somebody present when I arrive and leave the apartment ?
The team of the agency personally meets and greets every guest.Following a familiarisation tour of the apartment and the building, the arrival staff will be pleased to answer any questions regarding the neighborhood, Buenos Aires and Argentina.Check-out procedures are usually done in presence of the apartment owner.

| Insurance |
- Is there any kind of insurance policy during my stay ?
The apartment hire cost does not include any personal insurance coverage. The client´s belongings are not covered by the property insurance. Baires Rentals strongly recommends you to cover yourself, every member of your party, your luggage and your party´s luggage, cash, jewels, valuables, etc. by a comprehensive travel insurance.

- How can I tell which apartments are still available ?
Check availability of apartments suitable to your needs (by relevant criteria, such as the number of passengers, neighborhood, type of accommodation, etc.) using the site browser. You´ll get an initial list of apartments to start your selection process. On the individual reference sheet of each apartment you´ll find all the data required to make a decision, including an occupancy timetable.
- What should I do if I have a search problem ?
In case you are having difficulty with your search results, we are waiting here to help you. Please issue a trouble message under ´Contact Us´ and tell us the nature of the difficulty you are facing.An agent will research your question, and contact you as soon as possible.
- Why is there not enough pictures ?
We request and encourage landlords and property owners to post and update pictures habitually. As some of the properties are rented for longer periods, it takes occasionally considerable time before those properties become well depicted. We recommend that you pick only apartments well represented, and we warmly suggest that you visit the unit in person, in case you are able to do so
